THREE TIPS FOR BETTER MEETINGS

• Start the meeting when it’s supposed to start. Start even if not everyone is there. If six people wait ten minutes for the one who is late, you’ve wasted an hour!
• Stay on topic. Nothing drags out the duration of a meeting more than stray conversations. Be strict and steer the conversation in the right direction. In the long run, even those you had to interrupt will appreciate you.
• Lighten the mood. As the leader of the meeting, you can initially relax the atmosphere by telling, for example, about your own weakness or a funny incident.

MEETING FACILITIES

On the upper floor, it is possible to organize meetings of 10 to 80 people on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
